Women rule the world, and men no longer exist. Sperm can be artificially produced and women have been conditioned to only produce female offspring.
The world is a utopia. Meat is rarely eaten. Natural resources are carefully conserved. The population is controlled. Public transportation is the only type of transportation aside from futuristic bicycles and walking. Crime and violence is nearly nonexistent. The main sources of entertainment are volleyball, Korean drama, and country music.
Starbucks is now also a book-club. Every girl owns a Russell Terrier or a cat. There are spas and relaxation facilities for that time of the month and are mandatory to use but free of charge. Clubs have plenty of restrooms and huge dance floors. Louis Vuitton handbags are affordable and widespread. The word ugly has been banned from use and deleted from the dictionary. Colleges only provide Psychology and Chemistry degrees.
Many years pass. The bad memories and history of man are gone.

He is seen as something special and prophetic. He quickly rises in the female society.
Using the female idealism of love, he gains a large following. He splits the population into two warring factions, Solists and Stoics. Years of war and devastation pass. The Stoics send a beautiful spy that has been trained since birth by the greatest psychologists women can provide.
The Tyrant (male) is intrigued with her. She plays hard to get. She strings him along. Anytime he feels close and comfortable, she creates drama, getting mad at him for any reason she can think of. He becomes her slave. She drives him crazy to the point he kills himself because he believes he can't be with her.
The world is safe once again.
